Refunds

In the event that a product runs out of stock after you have paid for it, you will be offered the choice of either a similar item of equal or higher value, or a full refund within 7 working days. If you are not fully satisfied with your product(s), return within seven (7) days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping/packaging/mailing costs.
If a product has a sizing issue, simply return within seven (7) days of receipt for a size exchange. There is no additional cost for a size exchange.

Cancellation

Once a product is ordered and paid for, but not yet dispatched, a cancellation fee of 20% may be applicable. Once a product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
